Almasa Molds is an online retailer selling decorative and food-use molds, based in the United Kingdom. For any enquiries, please contact us at: info@almasamolds.com

2. Products

  • All molds are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based plastic material.
  • Disclaimer: Our molds are made from food-contact suitable PLA. They are not officially certified as food-grade. They are intended for occasional home use only and must be cleaned thoroughly before and after use.
  • By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for hygiene and safe use.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) .
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your payment details.

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This does not constitute acceptance, acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g. stock availability), we will contact you promptly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the time frame based on your location
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or high demand periods (e.g. Eid).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once the order has been dispatched.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@almasamolds.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
  • For EU and international orders: Import VAT, customs duties and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for parcels refused due to unpaid customs fees.
  • If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, we will refund the product price only (shipping cost is non-refundable).
  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

  • Discount codes are valid for the stated period only and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

  • Almasa Molds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
